2023 Rose of Pinot Noir
Delicate aromas of rose petals. The dry Rosé provokes ripe strawberry and crisp flavors complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with elegant grip and pretty lingering acid.
75% of the Pinot Noir fruit was whole cluster pressed. The other 25% of the fruit was soaked on the skins for 12 hours before being pressed together and fermented in stainless steel. Pinot Noir Fruit is all from Sunny Mount Vineyard. This Rose is 90% Pinot Noir clones of 828 and the other 10% is Chardonnay from Hoot & Howl Vineyard
